Drawing from the staff development model, capacity development equips your organisation with the materials, skills and knowledge it needs to deliver education and training to staff where and when it is needed. This involves RDNS International Institute experts establishing the initial program of education to meet your unique needs, before training your key staff to deliver the program throughout your organisation. To remain current and maintain best practice, program materials are updated annually or as changes or improvements are required.
