  • deliver more of our existing services by eliminating unnecessary travel time – through use of video conferencing
  • deliver more of our specialist healthcare services to support generalist health professionals in the field – through use of imaging and videoconferencing
  • deliver new services to clients with chronic conditions to help them better manage their conditions – through remote monitoring, videoconferencing and the ‘virtual nurse’ model
  • assist carers and families to support loved ones when RDNS can’t be there – through video conferencing and support lines

Although Telehealth will never replace face to face service provision, in consultation with our clients, their families and carers, we can use technology to provide complete care solutions.

As the population ages and demand for our services increases, the adoption and clever use of telehealth technology can ensure that RDNS is always
‘by your side’.
